Good to know that nothing worse can happen if the e-bike battery is stored safely in the battery protection box. If you store your e-bike in the cellar, garage or even in your home, you should have the best insurance against battery fires - the ProSave-Energy preventive box for e-bike and lithium batteries.

Both preventive boxes are available with or without a 230V connection inside the box, e.g. to connect a charger.

Technical details:

• High-quality polished stainless steel box with fire protection class > F30
• Storage of one or more batteries in a locked room (box)
• Charging of the battery with the charger thus possible unattended
• Lock the box with a high-quality lock from German production (according to DIN) and secure your battery against theft
  • Optional with security card (keys are only available with card - authorized authorized)
• Warning system if the interior temperature is exceeded (70°C threshold value)
  • Loud warning tone and flashing warningLED o Automatic switch-off of the power supply
  • The warning system is battery-operated (alkaline battery - no lithium battery outside the box) and therefore mains-independent
  • Testing of the warning system (sound and light) possible with a button
  • Power consumption only during testing or in the event of an alarm

  • Cooling of the interior during charging, the charger generates heat
  • Short-circuit protection (glass fuse can be replaced from the outside)
• The flame resistor unit with closing fire protection flap protects against fire and explosion
  • The stainless steel wool behind the interior prevents flames from escaping
  • The fire protection flap closes the interior and only opens briefly in the event of overpressure.
  • The immediate closure prevents the ingress of oxygen
  • The activated carbon filters smoke and particles in the event of damage during the brief opening of the fire damper
• The box with charging option is earthed externally via the 220V connection
