Shipping costs Germany (mainland)

Currently we deliver to Germany and Austria at fair shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on your order, your delivery address and, if applicable, the respective shipping provider.

2. Delivery by the BMZ Service

You can also have your new e-bike delivered directly to your door. 
Here the bike is completely mounted ready to ride, our employee will adjust the e-bike to your body size.

3. Store pickup

For a pickup of your e-bike or package in one of our stores there are of course no costs for them.

Please note: The "Store Availability" on the product detail page reflects only the current stock in the respective store. It is therefore not possible for us to ship products out of the stores.
